What can be returned or refunded

Roasted coffee (unopened, non‑custom): Return within 7 days of delivery if the bag is unopened, seal intact, and in saleable condition. Refund to original payment method or as store credit.
Roasted coffee (quality issue): If packaging is damaged, the item is incorrect, or there’s a clear defect (e.g., leaking valve, stale on arrival), contact us within 48 hours for shipping damage or within 7 days for quality issues. Share photos and the batch/roast date. We’ll replace or refund.
Merchandise/gear/accessories (if sold): Unused and in original packaging within 10 days of delivery. Proof of purchase required.
Non‑returnable items

Opened coffee bags, ground‑to‑order coffee, custom/private‑label and wholesale/B2B orders
Items marked final sale, gift cards, downloadable products
International orders (outside India): no returns for change‑of‑mind due to perishability; transit damage or wrong item is still covered
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

Report within 48 hours of delivery
Share order number, photos of the outer box and product, and a brief description
We’ll prioritize a replacement; if unavailable, we’ll refund
Freshness and taste

We roast fresh and ship quickly. Flavor can vary by equipment, water, and recipe, so taste preference is not a defect.
If you believe there’s a quality defect, contact us within 7 days with brew details and the roast/batch date. If validated, we’ll replace once per order.
How to start a return

Include: Name, phone, order number, item(s), reason, photos (if damaged/defective), roast/batch date
Wait for approval and RMA with return instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
Costs and timing

Our error/defective: We cover return shipping or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Change‑of‑mind/unopened returns: You cover return shipping.
Refund timing: 2–5 business days after the return is received and inspected. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
COD orders: Refunded as store credit or via bank/UPI transfer.
Cancellations and address changes

Before dispatch: Email us as soon as possible to cancel or correct the address.
After dispatch: We’ll help reroute where possible (carrier fees may apply).
Warranty

Coffee freshness guarantee

Freshness standard: We roast to order and dispatch within 1–3 days of the roast date.
Best‑before: When stored sealed in a cool, dry, dark place, coffee is best before 10 months from the roast date (see bag label).
What’s covered: Defects present at delivery—damaged or leaking pack, stale on arrival, or wrong item shipped.
Claim window: Report shipping damage or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery; report quality defects within 7 days of delivery.
Remedy: We’ll replace the item at no cost. If a replacement is not available, we’ll refund to your original payment method or issue store credit.
What we need: Order number, clear photos of the outer carton and product, and the batch/roast date printed on the bag. Please keep the product and packaging until we complete our review.
Equipment/gear (if applicable)

Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 6–12 months).
Dead‑on‑arrival (DOA): Report within 7 days with photos/video; we’ll arrange replacement or service. After 7 days, we’ll help you file a manufacturer claim.
Exclusions

Personal taste preference, improper storage (heat, light, moisture, unsealed), normal wear and tear, accidental damage, use beyond the best‑before window, or issues that arise after opening and not storing as per our Aftercare guide.
Shipping issues

Lost in transit (India): If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, we’ll investigate and reship or refund once confirmed.
Wrong/insufficient address: Reship fees may apply.
Legal and compliance

This policy aligns with applicable consumer protection laws in India.
Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law.
